ASIC limits personal director data via purchased extracts

Company extracts purchased through the ASIC website will now restrict access to the residential addresses of company officeholders. Previously, this information was able to be obtained when doing simple paid company extracts.

ASIC has implemented this change in response to strong lobbying about privacy and safety concerns, including the ability to access personal information, concerns around personal safety and also to reduce the risk of identify theft and cyber-crime.
