Call for Inspiring Ideas for Activation for the new Neighbourhood Circle Nights Event starting the 10th of August and ending the 28th of September every Thursday Night.
Neighbourhood Circle Nights is a new event that brings together families, residents and people working in the city from all walks of life. Our event is dedicated to creativity, wellness, community building, and offers a dynamic platform to inspire and entertain attendees.
We are seeking activations that align with the spirit of our event and provide an immersive and interactive experience for our attendees. Whether you specialize in art, technology, wellness, gaming, food, or any other field, we welcome your innovative ideas and creative installations. Activations can include but are not limited to:
- Interactive exhibits
- Workshops or demonstrations
- Live performances or shows
- Wellness sessions
- Installations or art displays
- Cultural Activations / demonstrations
- Fashion shows
- Activations that complement the night element of this event
Submission Guidelines:
To apply for an activation opportunity, please follow these guidelines:
1. Prepare a brief description (max 300 words) of your proposed activation, including its objective, interactive elements, and how it aligns with the event's theme.
2. Include relevant images, videos, or sketches illustrating your activation concept.
3. Specify any technical or logistical requirements, such as space, power, equipment, etc., needed to successfully execute your activation.
4. Provide your contact information, including name, email address, phone number, and website or social media links.
