THE CONFERENCE
Impact X Summit Sydney 2022 is a two-day global conference, bringing together key thinkers across 5 industry streams dedicated to accelerating Australias journey to a net zero, nature positive economy. With live streams from COP27 in Egypt, there will be ample opportunity to learn, witness progress and make introductions with others in the broader sustainability arena.
Australia's most promising and exciting innovators will be centre stage to connect with the investors, buyers, suppliers and partners they need to scale. Sustainability Consultants, C level executives from business and Government will present pathways to accelerate net zero emissions by 2050 or sooner.
After 1,600 people attended virtually in 2021, there will be a renewed focus on networking as a catalyst to drive collaboration and investment, fuelling the energy transition already underway. An official event app will include an invitation function across the attendee and exhibitor audience, with further support from the Impact X team assisting with introductions across the Summit. We are on the way to building the world's largest impact technology community.
Australia has the potential to be a global renewable energy leader. Our researchers are at the cutting edge of green hydrogen innovation, energy storage and other emerging decarbonisation technologies.
Motivated by extreme weather events brought on by anthropogenic heating, our populace has voted for more ambitious climate action at the recent federal election.
