The Business for Good program and the Rural City of Murray Bridge, through the Murraylands Skills Centre, are collaborating to bring this space to all businesses for good across the Murraylands

Who is this for?

This activity is designed for South Australian small businesses that are passionate about making a difference. Whether you're a social enterprise, a First Nations owned business, a certified B Corp, or a small or family business looking to embed social and environmental impact into your operations.

About the Group Mentoring

Join the South Australian Social Enterprise Council (SASEC) in this facilitated gathering, an open and safe space for participation, where we will:

  • Explore the Social Enterprise Spectrum: Learn about the different ways businesses can be socially impactful, and see where your journey fits.

  • Have your voice heard: Share the topics related to your business you’d like to explore during the session; you can suggest more than one.

  • Share and discuss in small groups: Participants will discuss the chosen topics, with the freedom to move between groups to gain and share insighsts about different focus areas.

  • Create connections: Build meaningful relationships and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Facilitated by Business for Good program team:

  • Angela Alvarez - Business for Good Program Coordinator, SASEC. is passionate about social impact and connecting purpose-driven organisations with the people they exist for. With extensive experience across marketing, engagement and project coordination, she brings together strategy, storytelling and community engagement to support meaningful work. Through her independent practice, Simbolica, Angela works with purpose-driven organisations to explore insights, shape ideas and develop content and digital communications that strengthen connection, visibility and participation. She also co-coordinates the Business for Good Social Enterprise Development Program, representing SASEC within the program’s delivery partnership.

  • Arianna Watson - Business for Good Program Coordinator / Impact Director, Collab4Good. Arianna is a social entrepreneur and facilitator with over a decade of experience across community and international development. She manages the statewide Business for Good Program and brings deep expertise in impact strategy, facilitation and collaboration. A former Chair of the South Australian Social Enterprise Council and co-founder of Think Enough, Arianna is passionate about empowering people to drive meaningful change.

Eligibility & Program Info

To attend, you must:

  • Hold a current ABN

  • Be based in South Australia

  • Be a small business (up to 20 FTE employees) or a family business

  • Be ready to learn how to embed impact in your business

Participation in this Group Mentoring means you’re joining the Business for Good program. At your first event, SASEC will collect a few business details to help us meet our reporting requirements. Once you’ve signed up once, future registrations will be quicker and easier.

This Group Mentoring is a space for shared learning and respectful collaboration, to participate in a way that is safe for you and others, please adhere to the Code of Conduct.
