Overview

This course will develop your partnership and leadership capacity and give you the skills to strengthen your social enterprise’s performance and sustainability. 

Aimed at managers and leaders in social enterprise, this course will enable you to scale and secure partnerships, improve your knowledge, skills and confidence in securing funding, and team culture. Crucially, this course will also provide you with key skills relating to evaluation and impact measurement whilst equipping you with the skills to foster a learning culture, where evaluation is used to prove and improve the impact of your organisation’s programs and services. Also included is the opportunity to attend coaching sessions with business mentors.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for leaders and managers of social enterprises and/or those looking to grow their own social enterprise or community business. Inclusivity is a core value of the ACPNS, and everyone is welcome. You do not need any specific educational qualifications prior to attending this short course.

Online – For those unable to attend in person, we are offering the course via Zoom.
