About the speakers:
Anita Aherne is widely recognised in Australia for her pioneering efforts, notably founding and developing the inaugural National Autism Directory, Living on the Spectrum. As someone who is neurodivergent herself, Anita has committed herself to fostering positive transformations and enhancing understanding across various aspects of Neurodiversity, with a particular focus on autism, ADHD, dysgraphia and mental health. Her journey began with a deeply personal mission to bridge gaps in support and understanding for neurodivergent individuals and their families, leading her to actively participate in submissions for the National Autism Strategy, National Carer Strategy, and the ADHD Senate enquiry.
Rollie Pontigon is the Director of Relationship and Collaboration of the Enabled.vip platform. He is the son of a man with polio. He is a respected NDIS expert and has for the last 20+ years of been a disability advocate.
Brodie Ellis is the Interim CEO of the Enabled.vip platform. He is a Traumatic Brain Injury survivor, has a partial leg amputation and is visually impaired. He is a passionate participant in beach sports and is studying business at University.
