Event Overview
The 4th National Family Safety Summit has been designed to help participants identify long-term, scalable solutions to the sector’s most pressing challenges.
This program will examine the fundamental problems that perpetuate the cycle of harm and disadvantage. It will discuss actionable insights within a safe, culturally inclusive, and forward-thinking environment. The Summit brings together community and government leaders and front-line workers to develop integrated systems, demystify emerging and perennial harms, strengthen prevention and improve long term recovery and healing. Attendees will not only discuss the challenges but also leave with actionable insights, new connections, and strong partnerships that can drive meaningful, lasting change.
Attend this Summit and learn how to:
- Align fragmented systems by developing a unified, coordinated sector-wide response to reduce harm
- Boost primary prevention efforts through collaboration, grassroot programs and by breaking stereotypes
- Build preparedness for emerging harms, including technology-facilitated abuse, systems abuse and the growing influence of the manosphere
- Strengthen response, recovery and long-term healing through integrated, trauma-informed supports that restore health, dignity and confidence
- Streamline support pathways for vulnerable people, young people, First Nations communities and older people
