Are you a funder or investor interested in learning about the growing opportunities for impact investment into WA social enterprises?
In the philanthropic community there continues to be a growing interest in utilising both corpus and grant making for impact investment, and after a very successful first-up event earlier this year, which saw Dismantle receive $250,000 in investment commitments, we're excited to present our second showcase Investing for Impact WA event for the year at 6pm on the 22nd November.
Philanthropy Australia, Impact Seed & WASEC invite you to join us at Dismantle's NEW Burswood HQ to:
- Continue your learning about impact investing
- Check-in with Dismantle for an update after they successfully secured $250,000 in investment commitments in March 2023
- Hear from three amazing WA social enterprises on the path to becoming investment ready, they will share their journey so far and importantly, what they require from here to be "investment-ready"
- Meet like-minded peers who have an interest in social, environmental and cultural returns alongside financial returns
This is the second instalment of what we hope will be an impactful relationship between WA investors looking for impact and social enterprises seeking funding in the community.
Wherever you are on this investing for impact journey, whether you’re looking to learn more or make your first investment, we urge you to come along and join the community looking to invest for impact in WA.
We will hear from three social enterprises that are looking to raise impact investment in the next 6-12 months.
