On Tuesday 11 November, the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT (SECNA) hosted Find Your People, an informal online roundtable dedicated to social enterprises operating in the disability services space.
This one-hour session—open to anyone in the ecosystem working with or interested in disability services—offered a relaxed forum to:
- Share current work and aspirations
- Hear how others are approaching challenges in the sector
- Exchange ideas, questions, and potential collaborations
With no strict agenda, the roundtable format created space for real conversations that build connection, spur innovation, and strengthen collective efforts. By bringing together individuals and organisations across the disability and social enterprise sectors, Find Your People is part of a broader movement to grow more inclusive, resilient solutions.
