Event description
Growth strategies can take months or even years to get right. Not to mention, it requires a lot of work—lots of it. Or maybe you've already found the tactic that works for you, but it would be nice if there was a way to automate some of those tedious tasks over time.
That's where this session comes in: we will cover the marketing stack with free and paid tools that startups can adapt to automate simple tasks and free up time to focus on strategy.
- INTRO (15 min) - A presentation on building the right growth infrastructure for startups, a handy tool kit, and tactics to attract and retain customers.
- PANEL (45 min) - Discussion on how tools can be a founder's best friend, unlocking customer insights using data and analytics, and finding the right channel mix to generate product demand.
- Q&A (15 min)
Panelists include:
- Melinda Heffernan, Native Lead at Yahoo, award-winning expert responsible for over $100m in paid media spend focused on customer acquisition and business growth. Her expertise helps founders acquire new customers in the most efficient way.
- James Fyfe, co-founder of Portant. A former advertising industry talent who successfully built a tool designed to automate boring tasks. His startup is also funded by Antler and has over 30,000 users.
- Kay Pengelly, Head of Customer Success at Upflowy, a startup designed to make building and optimising web experiences code-free. Kay is also an accomplished product manager and has over nine years of experience in the industry.
- Suryabala Shenbagamurthy has spent the better part of her career in digital marketing. She's now on a mission to make digital marketing simple and accessible for all through her startup, Fivegrid.
