Local governments and equivalent organisations, including South Australia’s 68 councils, South Australian Regional Local Government Associations, and Aboriginal and Outback Communities, can apply for one-off Age Friendly SA Grants of up to $40,000, or form partnerships of three or more eligible organisations and apply for up to $60,000.
Projects must align with the Age Friendly SA Strategy (PDF 1.7MB) key priorities:
- home, community & environment
- making a contribution
- making it easier to get around
- intergenerational connectedness
- age friendly services
