Opening with Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from 7 October 2025, organisations have until 17 November 2025 to submit.

Funding awards range from $5,000 to $60,000, prioritising small to medium-sized not-for-profits (turnover under $3 million).
Eligible activities include seeding of new services, research, advocacy or projects aligned with “Housing First”, long-term housing, supportive housing solutions — but explicitly exclude recurrent or indefinite funding, food programs or short-term crisis relief.
Organisations must demonstrate measurable outcomes showing contribution to ending or preventing homelessness (or advancing knowledge of the pathways in and out of homelessness). There is a strong emphasis on sustainable solutions, especially for women and those experiencing chronic homelessness.
Successful applications will follow a payment schedule (for grants over $5,000): 25% at start, 50% after a progress report, and 25% upon completion.
