The newly released B Lab Insights Series: Good Jobs highlights how Certified B Corporations (B Corps) are setting a global standard for what quality employment can look like. Unlike other certifications, B Corps are measured on their holistic social and environmental performance, making them leaders in creating jobs that go beyond the minimum.

Jobs that meet high standards of fairness and opportunity improve health, wellbeing, and productivity. They help lift people out of poverty, empower women, and unite communities across backgrounds. According to the Aspen Institute’s Good Jobs Framework, a truly good job provides:
