A few weeks ago, we had the privilege of joining fellow B Corps in Naarm/Melbourne to celebrate 20 years of the B Corp movement, a global community that has grown from a bold idea into more than 10,000 businesses across 100 countries, all committed to using business as a force for good.
The event was a powerful reminder that B Corp is more than a certification. It’s a movement built on collective action, shared values, and the belief that business can create positive outcomes for people, communities, and the planet.
It was also a special opportunity to celebrate and farewell Andrew Davies as CEO of B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Andrew's leadership has helped strengthen and grow the B Corp B Lab community across our region, championing collaboration and inspiring businesses to raise the bar on impact.
As we reflect on the last 20 years, we're excited for what comes next. The challenges ahead are significant, but so too is the power of a connected community working together toward a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.
