Role Description

The Advisory Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects and the smooth operation of the Advisory Services team. This role ensures our projects run efficiently, our clients have an exceptional experience, and our systems and data are accurate and up to date.

Working closely with the Director of Advisory Services, you’ll provide coordination, project administration, CRM management, reporting, and business development support. You’ll also liaise with our network of consultants — the Professional Impact Network (PIN) — and help ensure our client engagements are delivered seamlessly.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, enjoys working in a small, high-performing team, and wants to contribute to a more impactful world.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of advisory projects, including project setup, client communications, contracts, invoicing, and milestone tracking.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and supporting the development of dashboards and reports.
  • Support business development activities — identifying leads, maintaining pipelines, preparing proposals, case studies, and capability materials.
  • Coordinate client and consultant onboarding, including contracting, information management, and logistics for meetings and workshops.
  • Support data management and reporting, including quarterly activity and impact reports.
  • Assist with content creation for marketing, newsletters, and case studies.
