Brisbane – Warehouse Manager
Hands & Feet are looking for an individual to manage the Brisbane warehouse on a permanent full-time basis.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a Work for Dole team and volunteers who help us sort and prepare food for delivery to people in need.
- Be responsible for the loading and unloading of our trucks.

Maintaining a clean warehouse, ensuring we maintain health standards as we handle food.

Ensure any rubbish is collected and disposed of economically and appropriately

Provide access to the warehouse when necessary. (Lock and unlock the warehouse as required)

Attend team and leadership development meetings

Maintain good relationships with our warehouse neighbours

Implement and train staff and volunteers on emergency procedures for the warehouse.
- Induct volunteers and Work for Dole participants in WHS protocols.
Some qualifications that would be an advantage
• Have a LR Driver’s License
• Have an understanding of safety protocols in operating forklifts
• Personal Skills: having patience and the ability to work with and encourage people
