About Us
One Roof is a digital membership for women leaders and entrepreneurs. Since going online we have on-boarded over 1500 members across Australia and amassed an online community of over 30,000.
We offer everything from masterclasses to mastermind sessions. And we literally become an extension of our members’ business, connecting women, providing business coaching and obsessing over their success. We are in the trenches with our members and we literally lie awake at night trying to solve the problem of the gender gap in business, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Our vision is to exist at the intersection of human interaction and online education. Think of us like a Netflix of professional development for entrepreneurial women but with human interaction and support along the way. As we continue to grow our membership base we are looking for someone to support with community engagement, facilitating, hosting, connecting members and attending to their questions and needs.
We are a small team, but we punch way above our weight in impact. We move fast, embrace new ideas, love to learn from and openly share our mistakes and we go above and beyond for one another.
