Research consistently suggests that while males apply for jobs when they meet on a small amount of the criteria, women and other marginalised groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So, if you think you have some of the experience (including Magento experience) but can’t tick every box, please apply - focusing on the things you can do. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
