They’re seeking an Executive Officer (EO) to lead the Hub’s strategy, operations and community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape a thriving ecosystem that supports social enterprises, social enterprise start-ups and for-purpose businesess in Melbourne’s southeast.
About the Role
As Executive Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind the Hub’s development, partnerships and programs. Reporting to the Board, you’ll be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing the Hub’s strategic plan and vision.
- Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, financials, and team performance.
- Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with social entrepreneurs, social enterprises, partners, local government, and funders.
- Innovation & Growth: Identifying opportunities to expand services, secure funding, and amplify impact.
About You
You are a dynamic leader who brings:
- Proven experience in leading social enterprises, innovation hubs, NFPs, or similar environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills.
- A track record in strategy, operations, and program development.
- Passion for community empowerment, social impact, and social entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication, governance, and financial management capabilities.
