Fruit2Work is a Social Enterprise and Registered Charity that provides employment opportunities by creating chances for people touched by the justice system. Fruit2Work does this by providing a service delivering fruit, milk, and pantry items to businesses across Melbourne, Geelong, and Ballarat. We give everyone the chance to belong enabling inclusivity.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO with dotted line reporting and responsibilities to our Virtual CFO, this role will oversee and assist with internally managed AP, AR, and Payroll processes as well as driving weekly and monthly KPI analysis and communication.
Key Skills include
- CPA or CA Qualification (preferred, but experience in workforce taken into consideration).
- Minimum 5+ years accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage workloads autonomously.
- An adaptive person with a confident approach to navigating new systems and software.
- Exceptional people skills and an ability to ask questions and clarify details.
- A real interest in what quality data can do for an organisation and its ability to make good decisions.
You are
- Experienced, with a firm foundation in management accounting processes and Australian Accounting Standards.
- Curious and self-motivated, you don’t walk past issues but interrogate the problem and seek solutions.
- Wanting some flexibility, perhaps you are returning to the workforce and wanting to balance family and work? Maybe you are studying and want work that can fit around your commitments?
