About the role
As a Manager, Customer Relationships NSW/ACT, you will build and sustain the client and revenue base across all targeted segments within NSW and ACT by implementing sales and marketing initiatives that engage clients with the strategic value of AccessEAP’s services and solutions.
In this duel focused role you will be responsible for managing, coaching and supporting the NSW and ACT team to deliver their KPIs and business outcomes, while also helping to develop new business.
This position requires a proactive, compassionate and innovative thinker; a person who exemplifies our corporate values and enjoys thinking outside the box to look for ways to raise raise the profile of AccessEAP in the market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational direction and guidance to RMs and BDMs
- Setting individual KPI's and targets in line with business plans.
- Facilitate opportunities for professional development, training and support for staff to develop appropriate skills.
- Identify up selling opportunities and growth customer accounts.
- Acquisition, retention, and growth of Tier 1 customers in NSW and ACT.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives for the region in line with overarching sales and marketing plans and budgets.
- Develop new business across the public, private, corporate business sectors in health, education and NFP sectors.
- Raising the profile of AccessEAP in local markets through networking with key associations industry and professional groups.
- Gather insights and intelligence from the market on customer needs and competitor initiatives
- Identify innovative ways to improve what we do and the way we do business
What you bring
- Prior experience in business development, sales management or managing a portfolio of existing clients.
- High level engagement management and people management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and promote a strong team environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets within the B2B space.
- Strong commercial acumen with a thirst for opportunity and never-ending energy.
- Demonstrated experience developing or driving business strategy.
- The ability to think strategically, and pragmatically resolve problems.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage staff.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present your ideas with impact to clients and other key stakeholders.
- Strong networking and presentation skills.
