We’re looking for an experienced creative, dynamic, and very detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role increases the awareness of Greatest Good, its digital hub and service offering, and ultimately, the social impact of Greatest Good and it’s members. You will assist people/organisations to connect to, and engage with, Greatest Good. Consistent with a small organisation, you will have lots of variety creating email, web and social media content, managing our website, running social media channels, and developing marketing materials that engage and inspire.
The role is around 10-15 hours per week and flexible to allow for school-friendly hours 2-3 hours a day x 5 days per week, right through to up to 7.5 hours x 2 days each week. This is initially a casual role, expected to evolve into a permanent part time role with additional benefits. Enjoy flexible and hybrid work arrangements (the initial 2 months are on-site as we do training and get to know each other, then it switches to a hybrid role - 75% remote and 25% on-site each month (but can be more on-site if you crave human connection).
Your skills, qualifications and experience:
- Marketing, PR, communications or related qualifications
- 3 years+ marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in the end to end development and execution of digital marketing strategies including SEO/AEO, email marketing, social media, A/B testing and more - any marketing that drive lead generation, income, audience engagement, growth and conversion
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, including content creation across websites, social media platforms, newsletters and email
- Digital proficiency in social media platforms (predominantly LinkedIn, but also Instagram and Facebook) and scheduling tools (Sociamonials or similar)
- Advance SEO/AEO experience including using digital tools
- Intermediate to advanced design skills using Canva
- Technical skills in creation of landing pages, CRM, and email marketing
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
- Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns and content
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines with creativity and initiative
- Proven experience using ChatGPT or similar to automate repeatable tasks
- Shopify or other ecommerce tools and apps experience preferred

Your responsibilities
- Website management and content creation (blog, job, event and other posts)
- Social media content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (posts, videos, carousels), management and scheduling
- Email marketing, including newsletter content
- SEO/AEO optimisation on all of the above
- Producing marketing materials
- Research, analysis, data and reporting
- General administration
