Partnership Associate | Job Location- Sydney/Melbourne-12Month Role

We are now looking for  Partnership Associates (2 Open fixed term roles for 12 months) to  provide critical support to Paul Ramsay Foundation’s partners as they work towards our shared goals. Activities range from establishing new partnerships, to monitoring progress, to providing reporting and supporting evaluation, to capturing and sharing learnings that provide inputs to strategic decision-making.

Job Description

The Partnerships team manages our relationships with our 100+ partners across Australia focused on delivering the core work that progresses our mission.

We are now looking for  Partnership Associates (2 Open fixed term roles for 12 months) to  provide critical support to Paul Ramsay Foundation’s partners as they work towards our shared goals. Activities range from establishing new partnerships, to monitoring progress, to providing reporting and supporting evaluation, to capturing and sharing learnings that provide inputs to strategic decision-making. Partnership Associates lead the management of select partnerships and work closely with Partnership Managers to support work across a portfolios of grants.

Role can be based out of Sydney/Melbourne.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishment: Establish new partnerships through negotiating and documenting goals, deliverables and milestones, and building collaborative relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Administration: Deliver administrative aspects of grants management with strong attention to detail, both directly and through guiding Partnership Officers.
  • Management and Monitoring: Support our partners in delivery of their work, and gather, manage and analyse their progress towards common goals
  • Contribution: Work with colleagues to design and deliver value-add services to partners to support their journey towards fulfilling our shared mission.
  • Learning: Work closely with colleagues in Evaluation to unearth, document and share insights from partnerships
  • Strategic Development and Sharing: Convey key information about partners and projects and their learnings to a range of stakeholders as an input to various strategic decision-making.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Relevant undergraduate qualification with a minimum of ten years professional experience.
  • Motivated by Paul Ramsay Foundation’s mission.
  • Experience with social impact project management
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds including those at senior level.
  • Organised and methodical, with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and processes.
  • Sound sense of judgement.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including those at a senior level.
  • Advanced written & verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, motivated, proactive.
  • Consultative & collaborative both within and across teams.
