ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for recommerce team members (whether you are experienced in traditional retail, seeking out a different path in a non-conventional retail industry or a novice to the selling industry in general), to grow and nurture relationships with our recommerce customers - providing affordable, quality and sustainable solutions for their needs. As a business with circularity at its core, our recommerce activities include the resale of new or as-new products, rehoming of goods to community partners and recycling of goods to recover materials. These recommerce activities are critical to achieving our goals by making it easy for our customers to access affordable, quality, sustainable products in a best-in-class retail environment.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the recommerce function by engaging with a wide range of customers - in order to rehome dormant goods in a sustainable, commercial way. In the process, ensuring products from our surprise chain (a non-conventional version of a supply chain) are efficiently processed and stocked onto the shopfloor - while supporting the recommerce team with the day to day operations.
