Candidates are not expected to have prior experience - continuous on the job training/coaching will be provided. We expect you to have a ‘can do’ attitude, be a team player and uphold the values of R4C daily. Your role is crucial to the daily operations of our R4C recycling depot. ABOUT THE ROLE
- General sorting of plastic and glass recyclable materials.
- General warehouse cleaning duties.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Repetitive work.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts on your feet up to 8-10 hours a day.
- Always ensure safe working procedures and efficient use of machinery.
- Rosters (over 7 days a week)
ELIGIBITY REQUIREMENTS
- Highly regarded with lived experience and/or impacted by the justice system.
- Criminal history checks will be conducted; however, the outcome will not affect your application.
- Candidate must be relatively fit with good mobility and able to lift 15 kilos.
- Candidates must wear appropriate PPE to all rostered shifts (Polo’s & Jumpers will be provided).
- Candidate must adhere to random alcohol and drug testing.
