The Opportunity:
A brand new opportunity is available for a highly motivated Senior Project and Risk Officer to join their growing team to manage Junction's organisational governance risks and compliance requirements. Within this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, within a strategic collaborative project management framework, continuous improvement and initiatives/projects across the organisation.
You will also work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the coordination of organisational projects and provide support and guidance around project plans including the scheduling, resourcing requirements, milestones and implementation. Their ideal candidate is someone with energy, enthusiasm and initiative with a proven ability to interpret legislation/policy and is able to complete complex documentation in relation to accreditation and other regulatory requirements. You will have outstanding collaboration, communication and liaison skills with recognised Project Management education and training.
Your ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, and work collaboratively with people leaders will be the key to your success in performing your new role.

- Has recognised Project Management education and training
- Possess highly developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement focus
- Is able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines and delegate work appropriately
- Holds a Degree or tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Risk & Compliance or a related discipline (or
lesser qualification complemented by substantial experience)
