Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of women to keep them engage with the organisation
- Coordinate a process to support women who require special support due to their needs identifying services internally and externally, doing the proper referrals.
- Support the Intake process following current procedures and criteria
- Work in a team with Intake and Wellbeing coordinators to make sure new and existing women are engaged and achieving their goals.
- Entering women data into the system database.
Desired Experience and qualifications
- IT skills in Microsoft Office, ability to learn databases and maintain information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Women with lived experience as a migrant, refugee or seeking asylum are encouraged to apply.
