About this Opportunity
Role and Responsibilities The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will assist the Grants Manager in project monitoring and evaluation. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders in our organisation to conduct:
- Project evaluation
- Coordination of data collection
- Data analysis
- Drafting evaluation reports
- Understand SisterWorks’ various programs
Skills and qualifications
- Qualifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, International Development, International Studies, Social Research or similar discipline
- Data literacy and analysis (experience with a CRM would be an advantage)
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation systems, including commissioning or conducting evaluation
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Good research and literature review skills
