About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Store Business Manager to lead and grow our Circonomy Outlet in Brisbane, which caters to individuals, households, businesses and wholesale customer needs. Circonomy Outlets are critical to Circonomy achieving our ambitious goals, by making it easy for customers to access affordable, quality, sustainable products while providing a unique, but impressive, customer experience that is comparable to leading retailers.
The primary purpose of this role is to lead Circonomy’s Brisbane Retail Outlet, transforming the current operations by implementing retail standards that customers experience at other leading retailers, executed with an entrepreneurial spirit that embraces the unique and dynamic nature of Circonomy’s always changing supply chain and merchandise (or as we call it, ‘surprise chain’). In the process, building a team of retail professionals and delivering results aligned with Circonomy’s growth ambitions.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the retail operations in one of Australia’s first mixed-use circular economy precincts, collaborating closely with the refurbishment and response squad teams, the Circonomy Leadership Team and marketing and supply chain teams, to design and execute strategic and tactical sales and experience initiatives across instore and online channels.

Having worked for a successful national retailer with experience in leading and developing teams, your passion for providing exceptional customer experience, accountability and experience with P&L has helped deliver a track record for driving profitable sales growth.
