About the role

  • Ongoing full-time vacancies based at our Newcastle (x1) and Wollongong offices (x1)
  •  Base salary $75,992 to $83,211 plus super and annual leave loading. (Clerk Grade 3/4)

 

They are seeking Consultants, keen and motivated to help increase their market share and support the delivery of professional services within their Wills & Estate Planning division.

 

About the team:

The Estate Planning & Administration division is responsible for delivering NSW Trustee & Guardian’s commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and as administrator/executor of deceased estates. The teams administer assets in accordance with the functions and obligations under the relevant legislation and makes legal decisions within legal frameworks and NSWTG’s prescribed delegations.

 

The Wills and Estate Planning team provides a fully accredited Will preparation service, writing more than 13,000 Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents each year, helping customers to plan and document their last wishes.

 

About the role:

The role is responsible for the delivery of professional, high quality and timely Wills and Estate Planning services, including drafting simple planning ahead documents, for the NSW community. The role is required to contribute to team performance within the Wills and Estate Planning Network including increasing our market share and providing direct and timely administrative support to ensure the provision of a seamless end-to-end service that is customer and outcome focussed.

Essential requirements:

 

  • Current driver licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.
  • Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. Training and accreditation is provided by NSW Trustee & Guardian.
  • Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and to participate in one-to-one review sessions for calls and emails.
  • Available to work after hours and weekends as required and in particular circumstances.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof.
