EY Entrepreneur Winning Women Asia-Pacific Program

This leadership program provides women entrepreneurs with the advice, resources and access to unlock their full potential.

The EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia-Pacific program has unveiled its Class of 2025, spotlighting 24 exceptional women founders from across the region. These entrepreneurs lead companies spanning nine diverse sectors, including technology, consumer products, real estate, and media. Collectively, their businesses generated over US$1.2 billion in revenue and employed more than 11,000 individuals in 2024.

Applications are now open for 2026.

The program is designed to empower entrepreneurial women with the following:

1. Provide access to international networks and markets to scale their businesses
2. Strengthen their executive leadership and business skills
3. Build their public profile and increase their visibility for themselves and their companies with corporates, investors, vendors, customers and the media
4. Expand knowledge with the latest information, research and executive dialogues about business strategies and practices

Eligibility

1. The applicant must be the company founder, cofounder or the current owner. She is the key decision maker operating as the CEO or MD and has significant ownership interest.
2. The company must be at least five years old.
3. The company must be headquartered in Asia-Pacific (includes Greater China, Mongolia, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Guam, Laos, Sri Lanka, Saipan, Papua New Guinea, Myanmar, Micronesia, the Maldives and Japan).
4. The applicant should demonstrate that her company is ready to scale and grow internationally (the program is focused on supporting entrepreneurs that can scale and grow their companies beyond their domestic markets).
