It’s a comprehensive 1.5-day program that provides an in-depth understanding of the fundamental roles and responsibilities of governance within not-for-profit organisations. Scholarship value: Up to $1,800 (covers 100% of the course fees)
Course Duration: 1.5 days
Course locations: Available nationwide, from metro areas to rural, regional, and remote locations
Dates of course delivery: Between November 2025 and June 2026

Who Can Apply?
Applications are open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Current or aspiring directors of small to medium NFP organisations with an annual income of less than $3 million
Aged 18 or older
Australian citizens or permanent residents
Not disqualified from serving as a director
Not graduates of the AICD’s Foundations of Directorship, Company Directors Course, or Boardroom Mastery
