AfriBeads Beeswax Wraps Small Set

This set of small Beeswax Wraps are a great replacement for cling wrap, reducing plastic waste. The wrap is made from quality printed cotton fabric with African print is sourced from the markets in Kampala, Uganda. The wraps are made by the AfriBeads artisans in Kampala, Uganda, with beeswax sourced from a local farm.

The small set includes one small and one medium beeswax wrap. These are a great size for wrapping cheese or fruit, or for wrapping large bowls and containers. Beeswax Wraps are used by simply using the warmth from your hands to seal the wrap against itself when folded.

The beeswax wraps come in multiple colours. It is not possible to order exact colours, as the bags are made from the fabric available in the market at that time.

AfriBeads beeswax wraps are made by a group of 20 women in Kampala, Uganda. The women make the bags to support their families, providing a solid income and the flexible work that they need. The women in Kampala run their own enterprise, making their own decisions together as a collective, working with fair trade principles.
