Meet the Team

The Greatest Good platform has been co-designed with the generous support of a range of consumers, for-purpose organisations and service providers to the for-purpose sector. Their input, feedback, comments and suggestions helped to guide the ecosystem functionality.

We also had a number of individuals and organisations that contributed substantial time to test the platform to ensure it works how we all envisaged it would.

We are very grateful for all of the time and support that everyone provided in helping Greatest Good become a full-service ecosystem for conscious consumers and for-purpose organisations alike, allowing everyone to individually and collectively do their greatest good.

Jenni Harding, Founder/Managing DIrector

Jenni is driven to create opportunities for positive behavioural, social and systemic change in business and society. From working/consulting in the investment industry, to founding a social enterprise, she contributes to a world in which everyone can flourish and thrive. She is an experienced director, executive, entrepreneur, consultant and board advisor - working in the investment industry for 35+ years, combined with 30+ years volunteering in, and providing pro-bono services to, the for-purpose sector. This includes consulting to and working with 120+ start ups (around 30% for-purpose) and holding board/advisory board positions with for-purpose organisations. Jenni specialises in due diligence, governance, positive strategy, people and change management. 

She holds a Bachelor of Business, Executive MBA, Master of Applied Positive Psychology, GAICD and RG 146 qualifications.

Danielle Pullin, Communications and Engagement Manager

Danielle brings a unique and perfect blend of community empowerment, technical wizardry, engagement expertise, and strategy smarts to her role as Communications and Engagement Manager. 

A life-long learner with a love of language, she has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Linguistics, a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts (Development Studies) and a Master of Communication. 

Danielle has an extensive career working in roles ranging from Research Editor to Systems Administrator. She is a big-picture thinker with a special interest in systems thinking as a problem-solving tool in complex network - but remains dedicated to the detail-oriented business of making words and pictures work well for worthy causes.

David has 17+ years experience in the financial and technology sectors. He has held a variety of account management, leadership, strategy and business transformation roles. He has worked as a management consultant advising CEOs of start-ups  on everything from financials, corporate structures, people development to sales strategy.

Emma Shaw

Emma is dedicated to collaborations and innovations that enable organisations and individuals to create a more sustainable and equitable future. Her career has spanned environmental research and advocacy, technological consulting, and business development.

Specialising in strategic commercial development, Emma currently works as an Account Manager at Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA), Australia's largest and fastest-growing work-integrated social enterprise, providing career pathways for neurodivergent young adults in the geospatial and engineering professions.

Emma holds a Master of Science and lives in Melbourne with her partner and two children, surrounded by an ever-expanding collection of fruit trees.

James is the Director & Executive Consultant at Brew, a strategy consultancy that specialises in marketing strategy, business advisory and digital CX services for brands who are lost at sea.

With over 20-years experience across the UK, EMEA and APAC markets, he has consulted for a host of leading brands on behalf of a clutch of the most progressive creative and digital agencies in their respective disciplines.

Kathy brings a wealth of expertise, with over 25 years of experience in business strategy, operations, business development, marketing strategy, IT systems management, and change management. She is dedicated to helping companies improve their social and environmental impact and passionate about promoting sustainable business practices.

 As the founder/CEO of Good4Business, Kathy has a strong track record of guiding companies through the B Corp journey, helping them develop business strategies promoting a better world. She is deeply committed to the B Corp movement and an experienced B Corp consultant. Kathy has gained a deep understanding of the challenges not-for-profit organisations face through her volunteer committee roles. She is dedicated to helping these organisations achieve their social and environmental goals and promoting a more sustainable future for all.

Penny Anderson

Penny has over 25 years as a Senior Executive in the Victorian health, community, welfare, acute, public health, private sectors and State government departments, including CEO of Your Community Health (previously Darebin Community Health).  

She is a driven and committed leader focused on addressing social justice and health inequality for people with the greatest need. Her experience and expertise includes governance, strategic planning, service and system design, coaching and mentoring, organisational development and advocacy. She holds a Masters in Public Policy and Management and GAICD and is a Austin Health Board Safety and Quality Committee member.

Sandeep is a dynamic senior leader in the realm of Data & AI, with over 18 years of trailblazing experience across banking, retail, government, and superannuation. Renowned for his innovative approach, he has been at the forefront of driving Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Automation initiatives, empowering organizations to harness the power of cutting-edge technologies for transformative impact.

He holds a 'research' masters in Artificial Intelligence from LJMU UK, complemented by a B.Tech degree from MNNIT Allahabad (Pryagraj) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a captivating public speaker worldwide, earning accolades and awards for his groundbreaking work in the data & AI domain. He is currently immersed in an Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program at Wharton Business School. Sandeep finds solace and purpose in giving back to the community. He engages in charity work and meditation activities, embodying a holistic approach to life that blends professional success with personal fulfilment.

Toni Beauchamp

Toni has over three decades experience working in the social sector working across not-for-profits, government and consultancy. Alongside these professional roles,Toni has also volunteered in environmental and overseas aid initiatives. Through this diverse experience, Toni brings broad knowledge of the not-for-profit sector. Toni is dedicated to social justice and building communities that are inclusive, connected and sustainable. Her areas of expertise include social and health policy, advocacy and impact measurement.

Toni has a degree in Social Work and a Masters in Social Policy and Research.

Cris Parker

Cris is the director of The Ethics Alliance, a community of organisations across sectors that works to collaboratively shape the future of business ethics. Cris is a member of the FPA Professional Designations Committee. She is also the director of The Banking & Finance Oath, a pledge of integrity and commitment that aims to increase consideration of stakeholders and decision-making accountability by financial service professionals. It is a program she helped execute, and still oversees. Cris sits on the Rio Tinto Australian Advisory Group, holds a degree in psychology, and in another life, founded a Manhattan theatre company, casting agency, and production studio.

Jamie has over three decades experience within the financial services industry, focusing primarily on sales and relationship management. He has lived and worked in a number of countries, and has previously held NFP Board positions in Child Protection and Education groups, and volunteered in NFP schools in Asia.

Jamie is married with two adult daughters, and is looking to leverage his commercial experience and network , and academic background in Marketing to support and expand the for purpose focus of Greatest Good.

Jenn Donovan

Jenn Donovan is a marketing thought leader, change maker, coach / mentor for small businesses, international keynote speaker, best selling author and podcaster (she has 3!). She is the founder of Social Media and Marketing Australia and the extremely successful community Facebook group - Buy From a Bush Business (currently 367,000 members) and co-founder of Spend With Us: Australia's answer to Amazon for rural/regional small businesses. 

Jenn is also a community leader and community believer. She is on a mission to ensure the lost art of Human to Human marketing and community are seeded firmly in everyone’s marketing strategy. She lives on a farm in the Riverina of NSW, with husband Mr Farmer and their 3 children.  Jenn has 10 chooks, 2 peacocks, 4 guinea fowl, 1 dog, 1 cat and several pet lambs!

Jonathan Ryan

Jonathan has significant experience growing businesses in the fintech, payments and ecommerce space with contemporary skills in product commercialisation, growth and diversification, go-to-market, turnaround and restructuring.

He combines out-of-the-box thinking with a strong moral compass and strong sense of personal responsibility for success and failure, using a core skill in pattern recognition and the synthesisation of data, information, and concepts to identify and validate risks and pioneer paths to growth. Jonathan is an active community member, holding committee/treasurer roles with various non-profit organisations. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Economics and Geography (Hons).

Lexi Sydow

Lexi has over 12 years experience analysing complex data and converting into action-oriented insights across the private and public sector in the US and Australia. Her strengths lie in mobile and digital strategy, quantitative analysis, B2B marketing and data-focused growth. She’s the Head of Insights and lead spokesperson at data.ai. She is particularly passionate about tech mentorship, wildlife conservation and climate activism.

Lexi holds a Bachelors of Economics and a Bachelors of Public Policy.

Tim is the Co-Founder and CEO of Social Status, the world's leading social media analytics and reporting tool for marketers. He is a digital and social media marketing leader with 8 years of experience in agency roles working across iconic consumer brands and Federal and State Government departments. Tim also writes and delivers social media education for Australia's peak marketing body, ADMA and has educated thousands of marketers over the years.

Yvonne has thrived in start-ups and top-tier tech firms with 25+ years experience. Her expertise spans across APAC as a Senior Leader providing creative content solutions, employee engagement, and collaboration solutions.  She mentors leaders and teams, crafting missions, understanding core values, and honing marketing strategies for businesses and charities. Initially from Melbourne and leading from Singapore over the last 9 years empowering individuals and organisations to reach their ultimate pinnacle. 

Yvonne holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from Monash University and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
