Greatest Good has been co-designed with the generous support of a range of people, for-purpose organisations and service providers to the for-purpose sector. Their input, feedback, comments and suggestions helped to guide the ecosystem functionality.

We also had a number of people and organisations that contributed substantial time to test the platform to ensure it works how we all envisaged it would.

We are very grateful for all of the time and support that everyone provided in helping Greatest Good become a full-service one-stop hub for people and organisational supporters, and for-purpose organisations alike, allowing everyone to individually and collectively do their greatest good.

Jenni Harding, Founder/Managing Director

Jenni is driven to create opportunities for positive behavioural, social and systemic change in business and society. From working/consulting in the investment industry, to founding a social enterprise, she contributes to a world in which everyone can flourish and thrive. She is an experienced director, executive, entrepreneur, consultant and board advisor - working in the investment industry for 35+ years, combined with 30+ years volunteering in, and providing pro-bono services to, the for-purpose sector. This includes consulting to and working with 120+ start ups (around 30% for-purpose) and holding board/advisory board positions with for-purpose organisations. Jenni specialises in due diligence, governance, positive strategy, people and change management. She is passionate about helping people, place, planet, profit and purpose to flourish and thrive.

She holds a Bachelor of Business, Executive MBA, Master of Applied Positive Psychology, GAICD and RG 146 qualifications.

Alex is a seasoned executive serving as a GTM lead at UiPath, a leading tech company that has achieved Unicorn status. With a primary background in sales, marketing, and partnerships, Alex brings expertise in driving business growth and fostering strategic alliances. He is renowned for his data-driven approach, leveraging insights to optimize performance and propel organizations to new heights.

Beyond the boardroom, Alex is passionate about making a positive difference in the world. He is actively involved in supporting non-profit and for-good organisations, channelling his skills and resources to tackle pressing social and environmental issues. With a blend of corporate acumen and a heart for social impact, Alex brings a unique perspective and a drive for meaningful change.

Emma_Shaw

Emma Shaw

Emma is dedicated to collaborations and innovations that enable organisations and individuals to create a more sustainable and equitable future. Her career has spanned environmental research and advocacy, technological consulting, and business development.

Specialising in strategic commercial development, Emma currently works as an Account Manager at Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA), Australia's largest and fastest-growing work-integrated social enterprise, providing career pathways for neurodivergent young adults in the geospatial and engineering professions.

Emma holds a Master of Science and lives in Melbourne with her partner and two children, surrounded by an ever-expanding collection of fruit trees.

James Fitzjohn

James is the Director & Executive Consultant at Brew, a strategy consultancy that specialises in marketing strategy, business advisory and digital CX services for brands who are lost at sea.

With over 20-years experience across the UK, EMEA and APAC markets, he has consulted for a host of leading brands on behalf of a clutch of the most progressive creative and digital agencies in their respective disciplines.

 



Jamie_Spark

Jamie Spark

Jamie has over three decades experience within the financial services industry, focusing primarily on sales and relationship management. He has lived and worked in a number of countries, and has previously held NFP Board positions in Child Protection and Education groups, and volunteered in NFP schools in Asia.

Jamie is married with two adult daughters, and is looking to leverage his commercial experience and network , and academic background in Marketing to support and expand the for purpose focus of Greatest Good.

Jonathan_Ryan

Jonathan Ryan

Jonathan has significant experience growing businesses in the fintech, payments and ecommerce space with contemporary skills in product commercialisation, growth and diversification, go-to-market, turnaround and restructuring.

He combines out-of-the-box thinking with a strong moral compass and strong sense of personal responsibility for success and failure, using a core skill in pattern recognition and the synthesisation of data, information, and concepts to identify and validate risks and pioneer paths to growth. Jonathan is an active community member, holding committee/treasurer roles with various non-profit organisations. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Economics and Geography (Hons).

Kathy brings a wealth of expertise, with over 25 years of experience in business strategy, operations, business development, marketing strategy, IT systems management, and change management. She is dedicated to helping companies improve their social and environmental impact and passionate about promoting sustainable business practices.

As the founder/CEO of Good4Business, Kathy has a strong track record of guiding companies through the B Corp journey, helping them develop business strategies promoting a better world. She is deeply committed to the B Corp movement and an experienced B Corp consultant. Kathy has gained a deep understanding of the challenges not-for-profit organisations face through her volunteer committee roles. She is dedicated to helping these organisations achieve their social and environmental goals and promoting a more sustainable future for all.

Lexi_Sydow

Lexi Sydow

Lexi has over 12 years experience analysing complex data and converting into action-oriented insights across the private and public sector in the US and Australia. Her strengths lie in mobile and digital strategy, quantitative analysis, B2B marketing and data-focused growth. She’s the VP, Marketing & Insights at Interos.ai. She is particularly passionate about tech mentorship, wildlife conservation and climate activism.

Lexi holds a Bachelors of Economics and a Bachelors of Public Policy.

Tim Hill

Tim is the Co-Founder and CEO of Social Status, the world's leading social media analytics and reporting tool for marketers. He is a digital and social media marketing leader with 8 years of experience in agency roles working across iconic consumer brands and Federal and State Government departments. Tim also writes and delivers social media education for Australia's peak marketing body, ADMA and has educated thousands of marketers over the years.

Yvonne Januschka

Yvonne has thrived in start-ups and top-tier tech firms with 25+ years experience. Her expertise spans across APAC as a Senior Leader providing creative content solutions, employee engagement, and collaboration solutions.  She mentors leaders and teams, crafting missions, understanding core values, and honing marketing strategies for businesses and charities. Initially from Melbourne and leading from Singapore over the last 9 years empowering individuals and organisations to reach their ultimate pinnacle. 

Yvonne holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from Monash University and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
