Our Refunds and Return P◌licy
- If a Seller does not have or clearly display its own Refund Policy on their profile page, then our Refunds and Returns Policy will apply, and the Seller agrees to comply our Refunds and Returns Policy.
- To allow Sellers to have the greatest impact, we do not allow refunds and returns if you simply change your mind.
- If a Seller experiences a significant delay or is unable to fulfill and order, a refund will be applied.
- We do allow refunds and exchanges if the product is faulty in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
