Our Refunds and Return Policy
- If a Seller does not have or clearly display its own Refund Policy, then our Refunds and Returns Policy will apply, and the Seller agrees to comply our Refunds and Returns Policy.
- To allow Sellers to have the greatest impact, we do not allow refunds and returns if you simply change your mind.
- If a Seller experiences a significant delay or is unable to fulfill and order, a refund will be applied.
- We do allow refunds and exchanges if the product is faulty in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
