SisterWorks provides holistic employment & entrepreneurship support for migrant, refugee & asylum seeker women to gain confidence and economic independence.
Since their establishment in 2013, they have supported over 2,500 women from 107 through training and employment support aimed at not only helping women improve professional capabilities but also fostering personal growth, boosting confidence and nurturing a sense of belonging within the community.
The SisterWorks team are predominantly migrants themselves which allows them to bring a sense of understanding to the support provided that is specifically tailored towards the unique challenges faced by other migrant women.
