Overview
This workshop explains what empathy, compassion and self-compassion are and how they differ to and impact on each other. We discuss imposter syndrome and perfectionist tendencies, as well as the stories we tell ourselves that impact how we think, feel and act. We provide a range of strategies, tips and tools for identifying and increasing ways to silence your inner critic in the workplace and at home.
What we'll cover
We convert some of the latest positive psychology research and practices into simple and practive advice, tips and tools to help you identify your inner critic, and draw on a range of practices to silence them to flourish and thrive.
Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes include increased awareness and understanding, as well as a toolbox of practical tips, tools and advice, which are easily and quickly implemented to help embed learning and create required behaviour changes. The education and application build the capacity and skills for increase individual (and community) wellbeing and performance.

Jenni is the founder of social enterprise, Greatest Good and consulting firm, Harbridge Optimal Performance.
She is driven to create opportunities for positive behavioural, social and systemic change in business and society. From working/consulting in the investment industry, to founding a social enterprise, she contribute to a world in which everyone can flourish and thrive.
Her approach to work and life is future-thinking. Through Harbridge Optimal Performance, she draws from positive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence research and applications to help executives and teams cultivate positively deviant mindsets. With Greatest Good, she helps individuals and organisations do their greatest good by finding and supporting for-purpose organisations to help build capacity to tackle social and environmental challenges.
She is an experienced director, C-suite executive, entrepreneur, consultant and board advisor - working in the investment industry, combined with volunteering in the for-purpose sector. Jenni was also an Expert Mentor on the Boosting Female Founders Initiative mentoring future female leaders, and is a Mentor for Ember Connect.
She believes we are all capable of creating positive change and social impacts. Jenni founded Greatest Good to address the ongoing challenges she witnessed in the for-purpose sector, drawing on her experience providing volunteer and pro-bono/low bono consulting,
Jenni lives her values and plays to her strengths both personally and professionally. Above all, she focuses on her passions and purpose, acting with honesty, integrity and zest. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Bus Admin), an MBA (Exec) and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology.
