A traditional spicy Chilean sauce made from banana chilies.
Every Chilean grandmother shares her love of food and passes it down through the generations. We are honoured to be able to share Macarena’s Grandma’s Aji Amarillo Chilli Paste recipe.
Use it as a marinade and condiment for burgers and BBQ meats, or on top of anything and everything else on your platter. Aji Amarillo Chilli Paste is delicious when added to chicken, fish, prawns, steamed or roast vegetables and salads. Goes REALLY well in a cheese toastie!
