Assistance sought with Office Layout Design

Reporting Manager: Chief Operating Officer

Number of hours/days required each week: as task requires.

Minimum length of commitment expected: 1 -2 months

Location(s): WFH, Springvale, Abbotsford

Date of commencement: 1 May 2024 – 30 June 2024

SisterWorks is relocating its Abbotsford head office to a brand new facility in Springvale.

We are looking for assistance to design and configure the new office floor layout and assist in identifying what our office furniture and equipment requirements will be so we can plan the move. This layout will be open plan and flexible and optimise the space at the new location.

We will be aiming to take with us and use the desks, shelving and chairs from our current location as these are all relatively new and in excellent condition.

Desired experience and qualifications:

· Able to use computer-based design tools to draw up the new layout and share with the team

· Prior experience drafting and designing office space.

Compulsory requirements:

· current Working with Children Check and/or Police Check (if you do not have one, you can apply for one free of cost)

· own laptop and access to applicable software

· has a warm and inviting personality;

· who is organised and proactive; and

· can work in a dynamic environment and problem solve challenges with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
