By delivery of food boxes filled with local, seasonal produce, Food Connect reduces food miles and creates a stable market for their farmers which is completely divorced from market forces.
All this happens whilst also creating a community of like-minded consumers. The profits from food box sales also go towards food relief efforts in the area.
