Winter Warmer
With so much negativity, attacks and disasters across the world, it’s easy to be focussed on all that’s wrong with the world. So, to help highlight what’s going right with the world, we are sharing the good news from across the for-purpose sector, making it easy for you to do your greatest good. From member inspo, sector updates, events to help you flourish and thrive, to more tools and resources to help you do good, there’s something for everyone.
With the Labor Government settling into their new term and the start of the financial year next week, we are already seeing grants being announced that will roll out from as early as next week, so Greatest Good Community Engagement and Marketplace members can keep checking in on the grants database as we update all the latest funding opportunities. With over 50 filters, you can find relevant and active grants in seconds and not go down rabbit holes looking at irrelevant or expired grants.
I’ve been fortunate to attend a range of for-purpose events both online and in real life over the last month, connecting with great people and ideas, which always lights me up. Next week, I switch things up and head off to the International Positive Psychology Association World Congress in sunny Brisbane to thaw out my toes and get the latest evidence-based research on individual and organisational flourishing and thriving. If you are keen to learn more, check out our three Flourish and Thrive in 2025 events below, which draw on evidence-based research from positive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence. In addition to building your personal capacity and leadership skills, you will gain a toolbox of practical tips, tools and advice to keep you focussed on doing your greatest good.
As always, please share your feedback, thoughts, comments and suggestions with us, to help us to help you do your greatest good.
