His efforts have led to the significant growth and expansion of organisations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to multi-billion-dollar multinationals.
With a focus on mentoring and coaching teams, Martin applies a powerful blend of leadership skills consisting of emotional intelligence, business systems analysis, and P&L management designed to optimize processes, drive rigorous product development efforts, and introduce innovative, disruptive technology products to market.
He thrives in supporting organisations with dynamically changing environments that require focused decision-making, a growth mindset and a passion towards technology.
Martin was instrumental in his organisation achieving the 2016 Australia Good Design award and the 2017 World-Changing Ideas Award for Most Innovative Consumer Product.
He has been awarded patents within the telecommunications and medical industries and is currently an industry advisor board member for Regional Development Australia, a board committee member for Supply Chain & Logistic Association and previously a board advisor for several private organisations and Macquarie University’s Online MBA program, which was awarded CEO Magazine’s number 1 Online MBA program in Australia and number 6 globally.
