New guideline for LGBTIQA+ inclusive workplaces

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission has launched the Guideline: LGBTIQA+ inclusive workplaces.


This guideline will help employers understand what LGBTIQA+ discrimination at work looks like, why it happens, and how it impacts LGBTQIA+ employees.


It also provides information for employers about their legal duties to prevent and respond to discrimination against LGBTIQA+ employees under the Equal Opportunity Act.
