Payday Super resources released
To help employers prepare for the Federal Government’s Payday Super legislation which is effective from 1 July 2026, the Australian taxation Office has released two information sheets:
- The first is a checklist for employers to help them plan the transition to ensure compliance from 1 July: Payday Super checklist for employers
- The second is guidance on processes to be made if you are a small employer who is currently using the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House, which closes permanently on 1 July 2026: How to transition from the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House
