How to Get Started

Step 1: Check Eligibility

You must be a registered charity or not-for-profit in Australia and meet Google’s local eligibility criteria. Note: Government organisations, healthcare entities and schools are not eligible.

Step 2: Request a Google for Nonprofits Account

Visit Google for Nonprofits and click Get Started. If your organisation already has an account, you can request access.

Step 3: Verification by Goodstack

Google works with Goodstack to verify your nonprofit status. This usually takes 2–14 business days, and they may request documentation to confirm your affiliation.

Step 4: Activate Your Products

Once verified, log in and activate each tool individually
