The goal is to reduce mental injuries and build workplaces that are both high-performing and mentally safe.

Why It’s Important for Social Enterprises, B Corps, Charities & Non-Profits
- Mission-Driven Organisations Face Unique Pressures. Social enterprises and charities often work with constrained resources, mission stress, and high emotional labour. Having a structured, expert-led way to identify and manage psychosocial risks can prevent burnout and protect their people.
Mental Health is Core to Sustainability
Organisations prioritising impact must also care for their internal culture. A mentally healthy workplace improves retention, wellbeing, productivity, and ultimately helps deliver mission outcomes more effectively.
Cost-Free Support Reduces Entry Barriers
Many non-profits, charities and B Corps operate on tight budgets. A fully funded program gives access to tools and best practices without the cost burden, enabling them to meet compliance and ethical standards that might otherwise be hard to afford.
Helps Meet Growing Legislative / Regulatory Expectations
Victoria is introducing new regulations (from December 2025) for workplaces to identify and manage psychosocial hazards. These programs help organisations get ahead, not just comply.
