Summary
Impact Measurement for Professionals
Event description
Struggling to show the real impact of your work?
You know your organisation is making a difference...but is your organisation able to prove it effectively? Without a clear approach to measuring impact...
-
Great intentions can go unseen
-
Reporting can feel overwhelming
-
And your team and funders may miss the story you’re trying to tell
This one-day course is designed to fix that.
You’ll get hands-on guidance to capture, track, and communicate your impact with confidence.
What You’ll Learn
-
Clarify Your Strategy.
Ideas are often big and ambitious, but without clarity, they can remain vague and hard to act on. In this course, you’ll use a Theory of Change to define the specific change you want to achieve, turning your ideas into a clear, actionable plan that your team can rally behind. -
Build Your Framework.
You’ll develop a practical framework tailored to your mission and context, so you and your team are able to collect the right information consistently and make your impact visible and credible. -
Collect the Right Data.
It’s easy to gather lots of information that doesn’t actually measure what matters. You’ll explore simple, effective methods for capturing meaningful data, so you always know exactly what to track to tell your story and inform your decisions. -
Showcase Your Impact.
Even the best insights are useless if they don’t reach the right people. You’ll learn techniques to analyse and communicate your results clearly, giving you the confidence to demonstrate the real value of your work to funders, your team, and the communities you serve.
